Enzysamine®

Natural origin product launched for joint health.

Enzysamine®

The enzymatic bar created and perfected by Eubage Laboratory develops mostly enzymatic reactions for the categories describing the process of hydrolase, oxidoreductases and cellulases, considering their participation in various biocatalytic and synergistic biochemical reactions. This enzymatic bar, exclusively vegetable compounded, develops essential enzymatic biocatalysis actions to raise intensely the assimilation and bioavailability of vitamins, minerals and dried plant extracts on a base of rice starch.

Active Components

Glucosamine sulfate:

It is a substance essential the connective tissue in the body, the mobilization of producing substances essential for proper functioning of joints and the process of repairing.

  • Involved in the production of proteoglycans with a direct effect on the synthesis of these mucosaccharides by chondrocytes. Inhibits the activity of collagenase.

  • An important element of the composition of mucosaccharides, primordial substance of the cartilage structure. In bone, skin and nails.

  • Remnant effect on pain and edema.

Chondroitin sulfate:
  • Capture the water and directs it to the proteoglycans by inhibiting also hyaluronidase, an enzyme reducing the viscosity of hyaluronic acid.

  • Chondroprotective agent maintaining the osmotic pressure and preserving cartilage: – enzymatic reactions eroding the cartilage, such as collagenase and elastase, and reduced the glucosaminidase activity, which damages the constitutive association of glucosamine. Also present in bone, skin, cornea and the pressure membrane. – free radical damage, including nitric oxide emitted by chondrocytes.

The synergy of both substances increases the activity of hyaluronic acid present in the synovial fluid.

Manganese:
  • Co-factor in several enzymatic reactions attached to the chondroformation and chondroresorption, and increases the effectiveness of glucosamine.
